Great location in a nice area, right by the theater and some awesome restaurants. the staff is pretty friendly and always willing to help out. the rooms give you good bang for your buck 💰.

Location was central and very close to the bus to the airport which was appreciated since we had a 7 am flight
Staff were really unfriendly at arrival, the room was very hot since the AC didn't really work making it hard to sleep.

Room was quiet during night. Good location.
Smaller hotel than expected. Bathroom clean enough but needs updating. morning staff very noisy and start at 7am. Breakfast room is a few tables in reception.

For the value we paid, the room at Hotel City Center was fantastic and the bed was really comfortable.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

wifi is working location
Aircon not working (29°C all night) I was waiting on the street for the parking guy for over 40 minutes, the guy came and wanted my key and he would take the car with him and i had to call when i need it again. No parking unless you give the key of the vehicle to the parking guy. paper thin walls unfriendly staff mold in the bathroom

The staff were very nice
The location was marvellous, opposite the Massimo Theatre or opposite the Cathedral. I enjoyed the room for better value. - the property provided good prices
